Email support@crowdkerb.com with a question, a problem or an idea. Tell us which street, if it's about one. We aim to reply within a couple of working days.
What the colours mean
- Green: free parking.
- Blue: pay & display.
- Red: residents only.
- A line in more than one colour: a stretch that's a mix, drawn in its parts.
- Grey dashes: a stretch nobody has said anything about yet.
A green circle with a number is how many free spaces someone counted there in the last half hour.
CrowdKerb is put together by the people who use it, so it can be wrong or out of date. Always check the signs on the street before you park.
Do I need an account?
No, you can look at the map without one. To see a stretch's details, such as its hours, who checked it and when, and free spaces, or to add your own updates, sign in with Google or Apple.
Updating the map
A stretch is wrong
Tap it, then Update count, and say what it is now. If it's right, tap Confirm it's right, so others know it's been checked recently.
A street isn't on the map
Tap Report and drag a finger along the kerb. You can then fine-tune where the stretch starts and ends.
Adding a photo of the sign
Open a stretch and add a photo. Our team checks each photo before anyone else sees it.
Reporting a photo
Open the photo, tap ⋯ and choose Report this photo. Our team will take a look.
Points and ad-free time
Logging, counting and confirming stretches earn points, and you'll see them under Activity. Ad-free time takes the small adverts away from Activity and You (there are never adverts on the map). If someone gave you a code, enter it under You → Settings → Enter a code.
Your account
Changing how you appear
Go to You → Settings. You can show a username or your name, and pick an avatar. A change applies to everything you've already added.
Deleting your account
Go to You → Settings → Delete account. Your account and photos are deleted straight away, and what you added to the map stays as "Deleted user". See our privacy policy for the details.
